QUOTATION NOTICE
In connection with the 2026 Dasara Celebrations, it has been decided to conduct various artistic and cultural programmes at the Collectorate Ground from 12.10.2026 to 21.10.2026.
As part of the Dasara Celebrations, it has also been decided to set up a Food Court at the Old Bus Stand of the Corporation during the above-mentioned period, within the designated area. Competitive quotations are hereby invited from interested persons who are willing to undertake the operation and management of the Food Court on a licence basis.
The sealed quotation, addressed to the Secretary, may be sent by post or submitted directly so as to reach the office before 3:00 PM on Saturday, 03.10.2026.
The quotation shall clearly specify the maximum floor rent proposed to be paid per day for one square metre (1 sq. m.) of space.
The successful bidder shall be liable to pay GST at 18%, in addition to the quoted fee.
An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,000/- shall be submitted along with the quotation, either as a receipt evidencing remittance of the amount into the Corporation Fund or as a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Secretary.
Quotations not accompanied by the required EMD shall not be considered valid under any circumstances. Quotations received after 3:00 PM will not be accepted.
The quotations received will be opened and examined on the same day at 4:00 PM in the presence of those who are present. The final decision shall be taken subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Corporation Council and the Bye-laws approved by the Council.
